The anti-draft chamber is installed on a weighing table, and a mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. The chamber features slidable side and top glass doors, thus ensuring free access to mass comparator’s weighing chamber. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating for eliminating influence of electrostatics on a measurement result.

Comparators are used to ensure consistency in mass measurements as well as to verify weights according to legal metrology requirements. RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator can be equipped with a self-centring weighing pan (extra charge), which significantly minimises the influence of eccentricity during measurements. The self-centring weighing pan eliminates the error of placing the weight "out of pan centre". This solution also enables calibrating weights of different shapes and dimensions without the need to set the positioners for central loading of the mass standard each time. The comparator has a user-friendly menu. Data security and work results archiving are ensured by RADWAG terminal software.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database.
