Description from the supplier

The KNF SC 920 Vacuum Pump System is a pre-owned, highly versatile piece of laboratory equipment that delivers precise vacuum control and offers a wide array of control functionalities suitable for a broad spectrum of laboratory applications. Its intuitive hand terminal interface facilitates seamless operation, allowing users to input process parameters through both a touchscreen and a rotary knob.

Adjustment Capabilities:

  • Units of measurement
  • Operating language
  • Operating mode
  • Process parameters, such as setpoint pressure or suction capacity, adjustable directly via the rotary knob

Depending on the selected operating mode, the hand terminal's graphical display presents the relevant process variables, giving users the flexibility to intervene in the ongoing process at any time through its integrated touchscreen and rotary knob. The hand terminal can be easily located via the vacuum pump system, emitting a signal tone in response.

Four Operating Modes:

1. Evacuate: Engages the vacuum pump system to evacuate a vacuum chamber with adjustable pump capacity.

2. Pressure Control: Maintains system pressure at a constant set value.

3. Automatic: Detects the sample's vapor pressure and adjusts the process pressure accordingly.

4. Individual Pressure Function: Controls the process based on a user-defined pressure curve, with the capability to set and repeat specific pressure profiles. Parameters like setpoint pressure and coolant valve operation (when used with the high-performance condenser accessory) can be programmed for various time intervals. Users have the option to switch to manual control at any stage in the process, with 'Evacuate' and 'Pressure Control' functions available for simultaneous use.

Specifications:

  • Flow Rate: 1.26 m³/h or 21 l/min at atmospheric pressure
  • Ultimate Vacuum: Less than 2.0 mbar absolute (with gas ballast valve in use)
  • Maximum Operating Pressure: 0.5 bar (relative)
  • Dimensions: 366 x 423 x 294 mm
  • Weight: 15 kg

This vacuum pump system is engineered for reliability and ease of use, making it a valuable addition to any laboratory setting.

KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to su (more)it most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The UFEM 1.10 FT.18RCP2 version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 1 – 100 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 1 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant fluoropolymer flow path materials: PTFE head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduces flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 10 pumps are self-priming up to 9.8 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue. INCLUDED: The KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag HX5.EX-1.3.H2 One Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.3.H2 One Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
