Complete system with pt100 and rod for AREX digital PRO Velp

Digital Display, Total Control of Operations AREX Digital PRO is the evolution of our best-seller, t (more)he most advanced tool available to date. By turning the left knob it is possible to adjust the temperature (up to 370°C), while with the right one you can act on the agitation (up to 1500 rpm). The SpeedServo ™ system ensures a constant speed even when the viscosity varies (counter-reaction). AREX Digital PRO offers the most advanced technology, being equipped with digital displays to set and monitor both stirring speed and temperature constantly and with absolute precision. Temperature regulation of the liquid being processed with an external probe The AREX Digital PRO package includes the external Pt100 probe, capable of reaching 250°C, with an accuracy of ±1.0°C, providing a ready-to-use system capable of directly thermoregulating the sample being processed. Previous model video: Maximum Temperature Homogeneity The particular CerAlTop™ plate, in aluminum alloy coated with a ceramic layer, ensures a formidable homogeneity of the temperature over the entire surface of the plate itself, up to 370°C and at the same time an excellent resistance to chemical agents and ease of cleaning. Maximum Protection, IP 42 AREX Digital PRO magnetic stirrers guarantee a high level of safety and protection for the user. The control panel is easily accessible, away from heat sources that are dangerous for the operator and protected from any liquid leaks by means of a special conveyor channel. AREX Digital PRO can be programmed with a maximum safety temperature, for some particular applications that require specific temperatures and in order to prevent unpleasant situations. In addition, the electronic board activates a high temperature warning ('Hot Plate Warning') which remains active even with the instrument off, when the plate temperature is above 50°C. The particular geometry prevents accidental overflows of liquid being processed from entering the internal parts of the instrument. Low Profile, Attractive Design AREX Digital PRO offers an innovative low profile and a highly attractive design for greater comfort for the user. Even the inclination of the front panel has been carefully studied to facilitate its use and make it clear that the digital displays indicating speed and temperature can be read. Greater Versatility with the new MonoAlublock™ and MultiAlublock™ The MultiAlublock™ and the new MonoAlublock™ made of aluminum are ideal for carrying out numerous agitation and heating analyzes, reducing time and space in the laboratory. - MonoAlublock™ are the ideal solution for all those applications that require analysis in tubes of the same size. - MultiAlublock™ are modular and of different types to support various tube sizes. Thanks to their modularity, you can choose the mix that best suits your needs. Technical features: Pt100 connection: provided Vertex connection: provided Counter-reaction: constant speed Electronic temperature regulation: from room temp. to 370°C Maximum safety temperature digitally settable: temperature limit can be set between 50 and 370 °C "Hot Plate Warning"  whenever the top plate temperature is over 50 °C Sample thermoregulation: ± 0.5 °C by using the Vertex thermoregulator (AREX Digital PRO); ± 1.0 °C by using Pt100 Stirring system: high-power driving magnet type ''PCM'' operated by a mono-phase motor for continuous operation

Shimadzu UV-1800 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer-cover
Shimadzu UV-1800 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer

The UV-1800 is an advanced high-resolution spectrophotometer utilizing a precision Czerny-Turner opt (more)ical system. Operation can be either as a stand-alone instrument or as a PC-controlled instrument with the included UV Probe software. USB memory can be connected directly to the UV-1800 for simple data transfer and printing is possible with the optional screen-copy printer or printers that support PCL control codes. Photometric Mode measures the absorbance or transmittance at a single wavelength or at multiple (up to eight) wavelengths. In multiple-wavelength measurement, calculations can be performed on the data obtained for up to four wavelengths, including the calculation of the difference between, or ratio of, the measurements obtained for two wavelengths. Spectrum Mode obtains sample spectra using wavelength scanning. Changes in the sample can be tracked using repeated scans. Data processing operations, such as the enlargement or reduction of the spectra obtained, peak detection, and area calculations, are also possible. Quantitation Mode generates a calibration curve from standard samples, and uses it to calculate the concentrations of unknown samples. Various combinations of wavelengths (1 to 3 wavelengths and derivatives) and calibration curves (K-factor and first-to-third order regression calibration curves) are possible. Kinetics Mode measures the change in absorbance as a function of time, and calculates enzymatic activity values. You can select either the kinetics measurement method or the rate measurement method. Time-Scan Mode measures the change in absorbance, transmittance, or energy as a function of time. Multi-Component Quantitation Mode separately quantitates up to eight components mixed in a single sample. Pure components or mixtures of components can be used as standard samples. Biomethod Mode is capable of analyzing DNA and proteins using the several common quantitation methods including quantitation of DNA or protein using the absorbance at 260/230 nm or 260/280 nm and protein quantitation via the Lowry method, BCA method, CBB method, Biuret method, and UV absorption method (direct measurement at 280 nm). Security and validation functionality are also preprogrammed. Security functions allow you to restrict functions according to three user levels: administrator, developer, and operator. Automatic or semiautomatic validation functions include wavelength accuracy, wavelength repeatability, resolution, stray light, photometric accuracy, photometric repeatability, baseline flatness, baseline stability, and noise level. The operating time of the lamps can be recorded and displayed so that you can anticipate replacement and avoid downtime. Stray Light: <0.02%T at 340 nm, 400 nm; <1.0%T at 198 nm Source Lamp: Deuterium; Tungsten-Halogen Beam Type: Double Bandwidth: 1.0 nm Min Wavelength: 190 nm Max Wavelength: 1100 nm Wavelength Accuracy: ±0.1 nm Wavelength Reproducibility: ±0.1 nm Min Photometric – Transmittance: 0%T Max Photometric – Transmittance: 400%T Min Photometric – Absorbance: -4 A Max Photometric – Absorbance: 4 A Photometric Drift: <0.0003 A/hr Detector: Silicon photodiode Including UV Probe software
