Benchmark D2400-R BeadBlaster 24 Refrigerated Microtube Homogenizer-cover
Benchmark D2400-R BeadBlaster 24 Refrigerated Microtube Homogenizer

Benchmark BeadBlaster 24 Refrigerated Microtube Homogenizer The BeadBlaster 24R is a highly efficien (more)t bead homogenizer with built in refrigeration to protect temperature sensitive molecules from heat degradation and denaturation. Unlike most bead homogenizers, the BeadBlaster 24R has true, compressor-based refrigeration – no dry ice, no liquid nitrogen and no air supply needed. Simply set the desired temperature and precool the chamber. Temperature will be maintained throughout the homogenization process to keep samples cool. The BeadBlaster 24R retains many of the features of our popular BeadBlaster 24. The stainless steel tube carrier subjects up to 24 samples to an optimized, high speed, 3D motion, producing high energy impacts between the samples and micro-beads to release cellular contents. Operating parameters are set and displayed digitally, while 50 profiles can be stored in memory and recalled for future use. A brushless motor reduces motor noise and provides maintenance free operation. Benchmark offers an assortment of prefilled tube kits for processing a variety of sample types. The popular Triple-Pure™ kits include acid washed, heat treated, zirconium beads. The beads are tested to be free of nucleases, making them ideal for molecular biology applications. A convenient starter kit (D1032-SK) is available to accommodate a broad range of sample types and optimize applications. Benchmark D2400 BeadBlaster Microtube Homogenizer

Benchmark BeadBlaster Microtube Homogenizer The BeadBlaster 24 completely lyses, grinds and homogeni (more)zes a broad variety of biological samples. Even the most difficult and resistant samples are fully homogenized, often in 35 seconds or less. The stainless steel tube carrier subjects up to 24 samples to an optimized, high speed, 3D motion, producing high energy impacts between the samples and micro-beads to release cellular contents. After homogenization, samples can be centrifuged and the supernatant collected for further processing. Operating parameters for the BeadBlaster 24 are set and displayed digitally. To protect fragile, heat sensitive samples, the unit can be programmed to operate in shortened consecutive cycles with a rest period in between. Up to 50 such programs can be stored in memory and recalled for future use. A transparent lid allows for visualization of samples, and features a mechanical lid lock that prevents opening owhen the BeadBlaster is in operation. KNF SC 920 Vacuum Pump System

Deliver precise vacuum and offer widely diverse control functions for a huge range of applications i (more)n the laboratory. The intuitive user guidance on the hand terminal ensures ease of operation; the process parameters can be entered over a touchscreen and a rotation knob. Ajustment capabilities: Units of measurement The operating language The operating mode Parameters, such as the setpoint pressure or suction capacity of the system direct over rotation knob. Depending on the selected operating mode, the graphic display of the hand terminal then indicates the respective process variables. The user can intervene in the ongoing process at any time with the hand terminal and its integrated touchscreen and rotating knob. The hand terminal can be located via vacuum pump system (paging); the hand terminal will answer with a signal tone. Four operating modes: Evacuate – The vacuum pump system evacuates a vacuum chamber with adjustable pump capacity. Pressure control – The vacuum pump system controls the system pressure to the set value (constant pressure). Automatic – The vacuum pump system automatically finds the vapour pressure of the sample and adjusts the process pressure accordingly. Individual pressure function – The vacuum pump system controls the process according to a user-defined pressure curve. The setpoint pressure and the opening and closing of the coolant valve (accessory) on the high-performance condenser can be easily entered for a range of set times. A repeat function allows successive repetitions of the programmed pressure curve. At any time during an active process, you can switch to manual process control. Functions for Evacuate and Pressure control will be available simultaneously. Flow rate (at atm. pressure): 1.26 m³/h Flow rate (at atm. pressure): 21 l/min Ultimate vacuum (< 5.0 with gas ballast valve in use): 2.0 mbar abs. Operating pressure (max.): 0.5 bar (rel.) Dimensions (WxHxD): 366 x 423 x 294 mm Weight: 15 kg
