Dry Block Heaters
Specially crafted for routine laboratory procedures, dry block heaters serve as paramount tools for tasks that demand rigorous temperature stability. Each unit contains a readily swap-out modular block, offering 40 different configurations to cater to specific needs. Optimized contact between the block and tube ensures exceptional heat conservation, making for effective heating.
Analog Models: These cost-effective alternatives operate within a temperature range of +5°C above ambient up to 100°C and from 75°C up to 150°C. Temperature adjustments are made using dual-control knobs.
Digital Models: For consistent outcomes, the digital models function within a range of 5°C above ambient up to 120°C. Temperature modulation can be easily performed via touch pad controls, complete with standalone, easy-to-read LED displays for temperature and time indication. These models are equipped with an audio alarm system for utmost convenience.
Key Features:
- Remarkable temperature uniformity and superior thermal stability.
- Unparalleled single point calibration feature provides an accurate readout of the actual temperature (digital models).
Applications:
Our dry block heaters can be used in a variety of scenarios including culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, determining melting/ boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation.
Display:
Digital models showcase an LED display, whereas analog models are outfitted with a dual control knob with distinctive markings.
Operation:
Each unit comes with a detachable three-wire cable and plug. Analog models necessitate an external thermometer or a temperature regulating tool for the setpoint.
