Motic BA210E LED Trinocular Compound Microscope-cover
Motic BA210E LED Trinocular Compound Microscope

Motic BA210E LED Trinocular Compound Microscope Magnification Range 4x to 100x Optical System Colour (more) Corrected Infinity (CCIS) Illumination 3W LED Features - Optional intermediate Epi-LED S fluorescence module - Quadruple nosepiece - EC Plan achromatic objectives - Compact rackless stage - Upgradable with phase & pol contrast and simple darkfield - Fixed-Koehler illumination, HAL/LED interchangeability - Coaxial coarse and fine focusing system with tension adjustment - Manufactured in accordance with European RoHS Standard to avoid contact with lead - Anti-fungus treatment applied to all parts of the microscope for humidity protection - Switching power supply for use worldwide (100-240V) Motic’s BA210E is dedicated to give an answer on basic demands from educational and biomedical laboratory work. The upgraded EC Plan Achromatic objectives in our CCIS© Infinity Concept deliver a fully corrected intermediate image for crisp and clear results within a 20mm Field of View. The rackless stage enables a safe x/y scanning even for the unexperienced user. The complete series of EC Plan Achromatic objectives, from 4X to 100X magnification, is achieving an improved image contrast both for human eye and digital cameras through the photo port. Especially in Phase contrast, the optional objectives (positive & negative Phase) show a remarkable performance for a wide range of applications. The N-WF eyepieces start with the standard 10X/20 mm Field of View and provide a diopter adjustment (+/-5dpt) for both eyes, ready for the use of optional reticles. Motic's BA210E is designed for a demanding daily usage. The rackless stage allows a safe evaluation of samples without prominent gear rack. The standard eyepiece tubes feature a 30° viewing angle for maximum comfort, whereas the interpupillary distance of 55-75mm can easily be adjusted, following individual conditions. The trinocular tube option with a 100:0 / 20:80 light split allows the adaption of digital camera systems and the presentation of microscopic images to a larger public. The BA210E is an integral part of Motic’s BA microscope concept. An upgrade with Phase contrast (positive & negative), Darkfield, Polarization and even LED Fluorescence can easily be performed. The BA210E exceeds the limits of a basic upright microscope, allowing to use contrast methods for specific application fields even in teaching environments with limited resources. INCLUDED: The Motic BA210E LED Trinocular Compound Microscope includes: - Trinocular head Siedentopf type 30° inclined 360° rotating (Light Split 100:0/20:80) - Widefield high eyepoint eyepiece N-WF10X/20mm with diopter adjustment - Reversed quadruple revolving nosepiece - CCIS EC Plan Achromat objectives EC PL 4x, 10x, 40x S, 100x S-oil - Built in low position coaxial rackless stage (Right-hand control) - Focusable Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25 with iris diaphragm and slot - 3WLED module - 45mm blue filter, immersion oil (5mL), allen hexagonal key, thumb screw, vinyl dust cover - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Pharmacia Biotech RediFrac Fraction Collector-cover
Pharmacia Biotech RediFrac Fraction Collector

The RediFrac fraction collector is a versatile instrument for simple, straightforward fraction colle (more)ction. In its standard form it will collect up to 95 fractions in 10 – 18 mm diameter tubes. It will also collect up to 175 fractions in 12 mm tubes and up to 45 fractions in 28 mm diamter vials, with help of simple accessories (not included). Fractions may be collected in different ways, based on either time or drop counting, controlled via simple programs specified by the operator. For example, you can choose to collect uniform fractions of a fixed time period. The RediFrac will collect fractions untill all tubes are used and then switch itself off. Alternatively, fractions may be collected by specifying the number of drops per tube. Safe collection is ensured by using drop synchrnisation combined with the unique tube sensor which means the instrument cannot collect into empty positions in the tube rack. The RediFrac is designed primarily as a stand-alone instrument but can also work with other equipement. Tube rack diameter range: 10 – 18 mm Tube rack height range: 50 – 180 mm Tube rack capacity: 95 Fraction sizes time: 0.01 – 99.99 min (0.01 min increments), 100 – 999.9 min (0.1 min increments), 1000 – 9999 min (1 min increments) Fraction sizes drops: 1 – 9999 drops (1 drop increments) Memory protection: Programmed parameters and stored data are guaranteed for at least 1 hour after the instrument is switched off or in event of a power failure. Under normal conditions at least 4 days storage can be expected. Event mark: 0.2 s Max flow rate: 15 drops/sec
