RFID is a proximity (contactless) tag with a microprocessor (chip) and an antenna. It does not emit  (more)a signal by iitself - it uses radio waves of a specific frequency for identification (passive tag). Application The RFID tag* allows access to defined capabilities by radio-frequency identification of a: • Specific person - Simply close the RFID tag to the terminal to access the data. This way don't have to enter your name and password every time you want to log in. The IM02.1 (MediaBox) communication module enables the expansion of the available range of interface (more)s of the PUE CY10 weighing terminal and 5Y series balances. It is equipped with RS 232, Virtual Com (USB type B) and 4 opto-isolated inputs and 4 semiconductor outputs, which enables interfacing PUE CY10 terminals and 5Y series balances with accessories such as: printers, control buttons (e.g. print-tar), light columns, buzzers, PLC controllers and other control and signalling devices. Assignment of input and output functions is possible from the menu of the PUE CY10 weighing terminal and 5Y series balances.

The screen of the 5Y and CY10 terminal is made of glass – a material prone to scratches and cr (more)acks. It can easily be dropped or damaged by transport, so it is worth ensuring that it is properly protected. An accessory for the ELLIPSIS laboratory balances, designed to read fingerprints in order to log int (more)o the balance. Simply touch the reader to log in. The fingerprint reader is connected to the ELLIPSIS balance via the USB port.

Character communication protocol is designed for communication between RADWAG balance and external d (more)evice via RS232, Ethernet or Wi-Fi* interfaces. The protocol consists of commands sent from the external device to the balance and responses sent from the balance to the device. Responses are sent from the balance each time a command is received as a response to the command. The commands that make up the communication protocol allow you to obtain information about the status of the balance and ways to influence its operation, for example, they allow you to receive weighing results from the balance, control the display, etc.

The 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Module is a solution especially useful for those users who are obliged (more) to conform to provisions of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Part 4, Annex 11 regulations. These two documents determine the rules for using electronic records and signatures. Data protection is guaranteed by: advanced password settings, control of logging correctness, various permission levels, data management access, backup, electronic signature, time-defined automatic logout, modification record to Audit Trail file. The module includes "Audit Trail". Audit Trail is a kind of a log where all modifications of balance settings, changes in database records and user activity are recorded. Audit Trail, for example, keeps record of previous and new modifications in databases and informs by whom and when they were introduced. This log allows the administrator to track and find out who logged in, when, who signed a document or who used invalid password. The Audit Trail Reader freeware allows users, upon connection with a balance, to display Audit Trail log and manage it by generating reports of various formats: pdf, xls, csv, html.

Special weighing dishes enable convenient weighing of small samples with high accuracy. The dishes a (more)re dedicated to ultra-microbalances (UYA 5Y series), microbalances (MYA 5Y, XA 5Y.M.A and XA 5Y.M series) and analytical balances (XA 5Y, AS X2 PLUS series, AS R1 and AS R2). The set contains 100 8-ml dishes of 30 x 10 mm. The weighing dishes can be find used wherever it is necessary to weigh a small sample with high accuracy, among others in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

The case has been designed for safe transportation of the AP-12.5Y and AP-12.1.55Y Automatic Device  (more)dor Multichannel Pippete Calibration. It has transport wheels and a handle for comfortable carrying. The interior of the case has been adapted to fit all device components, with this it can be carried without the risk of damage. The case is made of 6 mm thick plywood. It features reinforced corners, aluminium trim, and hard dark foam filling. The case comes as an accessory.

THBR BOX is an autonomous measuring device operating in a local computer network. THBR Box enables c (more)ollecting ambient conditions measurements, storing the database, sending customized warnings and alerts and generating website for accessing measurements and settings. THBR Box There are three models of the recorder: with an integral screen, with a separate screen, without a screen. Communication with THBR BOX can be established wireless or via Ethernet. The module enables direct connection with up to 4 sensors. With use of USB hub it is possible to connect greater number of sensors. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. THBR Box features the following connectors: 4xUSB, HDMI, Ethernet. The device is powered using external micro USB 5V 2A power supply. Data stored by the THBR Box can be presented via THBR Multi software, website or Android application.

THB W sensor is intended to measure temperature of liquid. THB W Temperature readout using THB W sen (more)sor is possible upon connecting the sensor directly to a computer or to the THBR Box ambient conditions recorder. THB W can be used e.g. on pipettes calibration workstation, to measure water temperature in gravimetric method, which is done in order to determine 'Z' coefficient in accordance with ISO 8655. INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. A stent is a type of prosthesis that is placed inside a blood vessel to restore its patency. Stent D (more)ozens of lives are saved thanks to it. Its shape, size, and weight must be matched to the blood vessel. In addition, the stent application site requires attention to sterility. These properties necessitate the use of balances with the highest resolution for the inspection of stents. The stent weighing kit has been designed to ensure that such a delicate sample, a stent, is weighed with the greatest precision possible, yet in an easy and ergonomic manner. The said precision is obtained thanks to the XA 5Y.M.A.S. microbalances, and ergonomics due to the specially designed weighing pan and additional draft shields. The weighing pans that are part of the kit allow for weighing stents of different sizes, including 5.5 × 140 mm, 6 × 60 mm, 8 × 40 mm, 8 × 40 mm, 19 × 10 mm, and 1.6 × 19 mm. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of the kit and its applicators, the user places the stent on a special tray, which increases ergonomics and eliminates cross-contamination. The stent weighing kit includes 7 items: draft shield base, 2 draft shields, 2 fork-shaped stent weighing pans: for small (1) and large (1) stents, 2 stent applicators: for small (1) and large (1) stents. Due to the different shapes and sizes of stents, two types of weighing pans, dedicated covers, and size-appropriate applicators come standard with the kit. The RADWAG-manufactured microbalance is a versatile solution. Therefore, it can be operated by a right- or left-handed person. The overall design of the kit, i.e. a fork-shaped weighing pan with an additional draft shield, has eliminated the difficulties associated with weighing of a small-weight sample of a relatively large volume such as stent. With this, the stent weighing results are obtained with an accuracy equal to that of the balance. The kit is intended for all load capacities of the XA 5Y.M.A.S. series balances.

The automatic feeder is dedicated for automatic dispensing of small objects onto the weighing pan of (more) RADWAG-manufactured balance to which it is connected. The feeder ensures regular feeding of the elements in accordance with determined time intervals. Operation and Compatibility The PA-04/H feeder cooperates with XA 4Y and AS 3Y analytical balances and PS 3Y precision balances. Both the feeder and the balance are automated devices. The balance carries out analysis of dosed elements and sends signal to the feeder to dispense subsequent element. The feeder features diodes, signalling its operation, and keypad allowing to control the process. Automatic feeder is equipped with function of automatic emptying of the storage bin. Vibrating Feeder Cylindrical vibrating feeder with storage bin enables safe and precise dosing of elements. The storage bin has a conical and stepped shape and is continuously welded. The stainless steel surface of adequate roughness reduces elements grating during dosing process. Variety of Applications The feeder is appropriate for dosing pills of diameter ranging from 3 to 25 mm, round and oblong, as well as details of similar shapes and dimensions Design The device is equipped with powder-coated steel housing and stainless steel cover. The MYF chamber for filter weighing is characterized by high ingress protection. Large open-work wei (more)ghing pan enables precise weighing of filters of various dimensions (max ø100). The chamber is made of stainless steel and is resistant to chemicals, colour change and scratches. The new system of chamber disassembly facilitates maintenance activities. The top lid of the chamber has been equipped with a glass opening allowing the operator to check whether the filter remains in its start position after chamber closing. The chamber for filter weighing may be used in MYA 5Y microbalance and UYA 5Y ultra-microbalance after disassembly of a regular weighing chamber. When placing an order for a chamber for MYF filter weighing, a serial number of the scale is required.

XA17 pipette calibration adapter enables calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means (more) of a gravimetric method using the XA analytical balence. Set content: base weighing pan weighing vessel evaporation ring glass chamber with an opening for dosing Evaporation ring is an integral part of the adapter that increases relative humidity inside the weighing chamber. With this evaporation of the liquid during calibration/verification is stopped. An integrated weighing pan enables centric loading of the vessel in the weighing chamber. The weighing pan and the vessel are housed in a glass chamber featuring an opening allowing the user to dispense liquid through it, and reducing air drafts. Use of the pipette calibration adapter reduces maximum capacity of the balance by the mass of the weighing vessel.
