Systec VX-55 Vertical Autoclave

The Systec V-series autoclaves offer a compact design and high chamber capacity, optimizing loading for standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks. Key features include an integrated steam generator, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, and a temperature and pressure range of 140 °C and 4 bar absolute pressure. The autoclave is equipped with an LCD display, fully automatic microprocessor control, and up to 25 sterilization programs with code-secured access rights for parameter changes. It stores up to 500 sterilization cycles in its internal memory and features an autofill system for automatic demineralized water feeding. Additional capabilities include flexible and condense exhaust temperature sensors, a temperature holding function, programs for Durham tubes and waste sterilization, a programmable automatic door-opening, and quick cooling systems. The vacuum system ensures validatable sterilization of solids and waste in disposal bags. The autoclave also includes an integrated printer for batch documentation. With a chamber dimension of 344 x 600 mm and a capacity of 55 L, it measures 950 x 500 x 680 mm and weighs 115 kg.
