Biobase BKQ-BL Series Food Autoclaves

Biobase BKQ-BL Series food autoclaves are engineered for food sterilization applications, providing options with either a 50 L (BKQ-B50L) or a 75 L (BKQ-B75L) capacity. These autoclaves operate with a steam generator that achieves precise conditions of 121 ºC temperature and 0.22 MPa pressure. They feature provisions for the connection of purified water to aid steam generation and employ a water circuit for rapid cooling post-sterilization. End-cycle backpressure can be managed via a compressor connection, and a heart probe ensures effective sterilization within food items. Crafted from SUS304 stainless steel, these units are equipped with a serial printer and USB port for data logging. An advanced LCD display provides real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, time, and alarms, complemented by automated temperature control, water addition for cooling, and drying functions. Safety mechanisms protect against overpressure and over-temperature conditions. Each autoclave comes with a basket and a user manual.
