This 18L sterilizer, adaptable for 24 and 30 liter chambers, operates on a 115V system. It features a powerful 2000W pipe heater and a high-quality stainless steel SUS 304 interior, ensuring durability and reliable performance. The sterilizer offers a broad temperature setting range from 50 to 126°C and can handle a maximum operational pressure of 0.142MPa at its highest temperature. The temperature is easily controlled through a PID control by microprocessor and set using digital ▲▼ keys, with a clear 4-digit green LED display for monitoring. The sterilizer also includes a programmable timer ranging from 0 to 999 minutes. For safety, it is equipped with multiple features, including a water level detection sensor utilizing a liquid expansion method, a safety valve set at 0.165MPa, and a spring full lift safety valve, complemented by an interactive safety interlocking device. This robust design facilitates weighing of heavy loads in humid environment. The ramps enable easy loading and unloading. Indicator with a colour 7” graphic display and a diode bar graph allow to observe visualisation of a current load mass presented in relation to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds.
