Product Description
Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC microplate reader. The wavelength range is 340 to 850 nm, which allows a variety of applications from enzymatic kinetic studies to Lowry assays. Accuracy ± 1% for 0.3–3 Abs at 405 nm, ± 2% for 3–4 Abs at 405 nm. Eight-position filter turret with three standard filters (405, 450 and 620 nm) pre-installed. Slow, medium or fast linear agitation. Fast processing reading in 6 seconds. Automatic calibration and self-diagnosis. Quick access to the most used protocols.
