The Pfeiffer Vacuum TPH062 Turbo Vacuum Pump features a wear-free permanent magnetic bearing on the high vacuum side, and an oil-lubricated ceramic bearing on the backing side, ensuring durability and efficiency. It is specifically designed for applications such as freeze drying in the packaging industry, degassing, dry vacuum smelting of super-pure metals, incandescent lamp manufacturing, electronic tubes, thin film deposition, space simulation, and cryogenic research. It is also an essential tool in advanced fields like nuclear physics, plasma physics, high energy physics, particle accelerators, and storage rings. The pump is equipped with an inlet flange of DN 63 ISO-KF and an outlet flange of DN 16 ISO-KF, achieving a final pressure of < 1 x 10^-11 mbar and a nitrogen flow rate of 56 l/s. Lightweight at just 3.5 kg, this turbo vacuum pump is tailored for precision and reliability in sophisticated scientific environments.
