The FEM 1.02 ST.18RCP version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 0.03 – 200 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 0.03 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant flow path materials: stainless steel head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 02 pumps are self-priming up to 6.6 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue. The terminals are intended to designing scales with maximum resolution of 6000 e. PUE 5 series, simi (more)larly to the basic model, are enclosed in a stainless steel housing which allows for reaching the highest IP rating, i.e. IP 67. The terminals come standard with interfaces: 2 × RS232, 1 × RS485, 1 x Ethernet, 4 x USB 2.0. PUE 5 series can be extended by additional 3 weighing modules for simultaneous operation of maximum 4 weighing platforms. Intended Use: The terminal PUE 5 series is a multifunctional weighing device. It combines the best features of a PC computer and a scale. The PUE 5 operates on basis of OS Windows, creating the best option for configuring the device to individual customer requirements through installing corresponding application. If applied with dosing or formula making systems, the PUE 5 allows for operation with multiple weighing platforms, and simultaneous dosing with full process control. A dosing or formula making system that is configured on basis of the terminal PUE 5 series does not require an additional PC computer. Database editing is possible from the level of PUE 5 touch screen display or an optional PC keyboard. Area of Use: Main applications for terminal PUE 5 series: Designing industrial load cell scales; Multiple weighing applications supervised by a computer system through Ethernet module; Possibility of connecting large quantity of additional weighing platforms to industrial terminals. Terminal type: PUE 5.15IR – infrared touch screen technology. IP67 protection class. Very high brightness and readability level. High resistance to moisture and dust. Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.1500.H Pallet Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.1500.H Pallet Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
