This Perkin-Elmer Lambda 5 UV/VIS Spectrophotometer was removed from a university lab where it was s (more)urplus to requirements. The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition but it is very stained and has other signs of prior use. The item audibly powered on but there was no other indication of it working bar the sound. It was not tested further. Please note that a decontamination has occurred but not all chemical residue can be removed, this can be seen in the images.As such we advised hand hygiene and personal protective equipment must be used as a precaution.
