The Bio Rad Luminex 100 Bio-Plex Liquid Array Multiplexing System allows the simultaneous analysis of 100 different bio-molecules in a single micro-plate well. It works like a flow cytometer and can read both magnetic and nonmagnetic beads with two different internal dyes. The Bio Rad Luminex 100 Bio-Plex Liquid Array can take up to 50 minutes in reading a 96 well plate but cannot read a 384 well plate or any other size. Three core technologies are built around Bio-Plex suspension arrays fluorescent dyed micro-plate, flow cytometer, and high-speed digital signal processor.
