Leica CTR 6000 TCS SP5 Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope
This system was removed from a laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.
The system powers on, with all units functional, including the stage and light sources.
According to the previous owner, the system features a Leica SP5 confocal with 3 PMT and 2 hybrid detectors, along with an FCCS system that includes 2 SPAD detectors. The filters for the detectors are beginning to delaminate and will need replacing. The SP5 computer is relatively new and has been updated to Windows 10. A full environmental chamber for temperature and CO2 control is also included.
