The MD 12 NT diaphragm pump is an especially powerful pump for oil-free evacuation and pumping of non-aggressive gases. The three-stage design of this eight-cylinder pump provides the advantageous combination of very high pumping speed and excellent ultimate vacuum. The flow path consists of aluminum, stainless steel and carefully selected plastics to permit a wide range of applications. The fabric-reinforced double diaphragms are made of highly flexible FKM for extended operating life and high vacuum performance. Eight-cylinder NT pumps feature quiet operation, with smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces. Like all VACUUBRAND diaphragm pumps they operate absolutely oil-free and do not have any sliding components in the gas path. In normal operation they are completely free of abrasion. This eliminates most of the particulate impurities frequently generated inside of scroll or piston pumps.

The MD 12 NT is an excellent choice for continuous, oil-free evacuation and pumping of non-aggressive gases, especially for applications in physics and analytics. Due to the very good ultimate vacuum the MD 12 NT is often used as an alternative to rotary vane pumps, for example for vacuum ovens, for very quick and efficient degassing of viscous media, exhaust gas analytics and especially as backing pump for large turbomolecular drag pumps. The particularly high pumping speed enables the usage of bigger vacuum apparatus and with high gas throughput. The pump is extraordinarily silent and exhibits very low vibration making it an excellent choice for sensitive equipment such as electron microscopes. Back diffusion of oil or even oil back flow, e.g., into a high vacuum chamber is excluded due to its oil-free operation.

Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 KNF-cover
Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 KNF

Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 is a two-stage pump with an integrated “self-drying” system for automat (more)ic condensate drain. The “SD” series is widely used in laboratories, especially when the vapors are humid and a clean and ecological vacuum is required. Typical applications are: vacuum ovens (for drying chemicals, drying biological samples, heat treatments), autoclaves for sterilizing instruments, containers, filters and textiles. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, it is possible to vacuum even corrosive products. The heart of the pump is the diaphragm with differentiated structure in PTFE, optimized to guarantee high performance with reduced dimensions and at the same time, long life even in heavy applications. When the humid gases are sucked in, it can happen that condensation forms in the pump head: consequently the performance decreases, considerably increasing the emptying time. To eliminate condensation, the 'drying system' then opens a solenoid valve that allows ambient air to enter the heads. Once the condensation has been eliminated, the solenoid valve closes and the pump sucks from the stove in full capacity. Over time, condensation could form again and then the cycle is repeated. The time interval between one cycle and the next can be adjusted as desired, as well as the duration of the air injection. Bürkle Gas-tight stainless steel barrel pump discharge hose/stopcock Fasspumpe-cover
Bürkle Gas-tight stainless steel barrel pump discharge hose/stopcock Fasspumpe

Manufacturer: Bürkle Model: Gas-tight stainless steel barrel pump discharge hose/stopcock P/N: 5611- (more)1090 Description: Gas-tight barrel pump is a pump with flexible discharge hose for filling off into large canisters and containers. It provides convenient transfer because the canister can stay on the floor. The connection cone is held onto the container. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia. Not suitable for acetone! Please note: When withdrawing flammable liquids, the barrel and pump has to be grounded! Use Anti-static set!Features: - Parts in contact with media: Stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301), PTFE, nickel-plated brass, PA that can conduct electricity- Incl. gas-tight barrel screw joints with 2" fine thread- For bottle openings from 16–49 mm- Immersion tube Ø 32 mm- The pump can be hermetically sealed with two ball valves Specifications: - Immersion depth: 57 cm- Total length: 69 cm- Pump capacity: 350 ml per stroke Items delivered: - Bürkle Gas-tight stainless steel barrel pump discharge hose/stopcock Condition: The pump is in excellent like new cosmetic condition. It is 100% functional tested and ready to be used.
