VACUUBRAND RZ 6 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Ultimate Vacuum 0.002 mbar (0.0015 Torr) Maximum Pumping Sp (more)eed 4.0 CFM at 60Hz Number of Stages 2 Features - High flow rates even at vacuum levels approaching ultimate vacuum - High water vapor tolerance due to efficient gas ballast; very good ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast - Vacuum-tight at switch-off; external anti-suckback valve not needed - Large oil volume: Long intervals between oil changes - Ease of maintenance due to telescopic design These powerful rotary vane pumps feature a particularly compact design and low weight for pumps of this capacity. They are the ideal solution for a wide range of laboratory and process applications that require low ultimate vacuum at medium to increased gas flow rate. Various packages including pump, oil mist filter, etc. are available. Rotary vane pumps are used when an ultimate vacuum between a few mbar and down to 10-3 mbar must be attained. Typical applications are degassing, lyophilization, fine vacuum distillation and drying chambers. The pumping unit PC 3 is the perfect choice for applications requiring special protection of pump and environment. Designed for use in chemical laboratories, the cold trap helps the pumps to handle large volumes of condensable vapors. The cold trap is metalized for extended coolant life and protected against implosion. INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND RZ 6 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

VACUUBRAND PC 3004 VARIO Select Chemistry Pumping Unit-cover
VACUUBRAND PC 3004 VARIO Select Chemistry Pumping Unit

VACUUBRAND PC 3004 VARIO Select Chemistry Pumping Unit Ultimate Vacuum 1.5 mbar (1.1 Torr) Maximum  (more)Pumping Speed 2.7 CFM at 60Hz Number of Heads/Stages 4/3 Features - VACUU·SELECT vacuum controller with graphical user interface and predefined applications simplifies work in the laboratory - Automatic boiling point detection and adjustment of the vacuum for short process times - Powerful vacuum pump meets high vacuum requirements for most high boiling solvents - Extraordinary diaphragm life, therefore minimum operational and servicing costs - Excellent environmental compatibility through low energy consumption and efficient solvent recovery The PC 3004 VARIO select pumping unit precisely controls the vacuum level in order to achieve unparalleled process control. With its high pumping speed and deep ultimate vacuum, this pump is suitable for demanding applications with even high boiling point solvents. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller provides an easy-to-use, application based interface that covers all common lab applications. The VACUU·SELECT controller has you covered. Use manual set-point-control for simple processes, run fully automated distillations, or create your own application with simple drag-and-drop editing. For solvent evaporation, the VACUU·SELECT controller continuously detects the boiling point and automatically adjusts the vacuum process as necessary. And the VARIO control algorithm maintains the desired vacuum level without running the motor faster than necessary. This prevents bumping and foaming, makes the pump whisper quiet, and extends maintenance intervals. The inlet separator, made of glass with a robust protective coating, prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump, preventing damage and extending pump life. And the exhaust vapor condenser allows for nearly complete recovery of solvents when used with a chilled water line or recirculating chiller for economical recycling and environmental protection. Typical applications are all evaporation processes. They can be run fully automatically and with shorter process times and extra sensitivity even for challenging mixtures at the same time. The VARIO® control ensures high process reliability through prevention of boiling retardation or foaming. It detects boiling pressures automatically and self-adapts to changing process parameters at any time. This all without any need of parameter input or the use of a solvent library. Also in many other applications and in laboratory vacuum networks the VARIO® control brings significant advantages as it provides always the appropriate pumping speed. The VACUU·BUS® interface facilitates an user-friendly configuration of even complex vacuum installations.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND PC 3004 VARIO Select Chemistry Pumping Unit includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
