The Pfeiffer HiCube 80 Neo, 63 ISO-K, MVP 030-3 Turbo Pumping Station is a compact, high-performance solution for high vacuum applications. It offers user-friendly operation via a 7-inch touch display, with remote control capabilities through a web server. Designed for reliability and versatility, this system handles a wide range of demanding tasks. Featuring a final pressure of 1 x 10⁻⁷ mbar (7.5 x 10⁻⁸ Torr) and a maximum pumping speed of 1.8 m³/h, it ensures efficient and consistent vacuum generation.


Equipped with the Pfeiffer MVP 030-3 diaphragm backing pump and the HiPace 80 Neo turbopump, this unit provides a pumping speed of 67 l/s for nitrogen. It operates quietly, with an emission sound pressure level of ≤50 dB(A), and is suitable for worldwide use with its wide range of input voltages (100-240 V AC). The air-cooled system, compact design, and flexible connection options make it an ideal solution for various high-vacuum needs.
