The Pfeiffer HiCube 80 Neo, 63 CF, MVP 030-3 Turbo Pumping Station is a compact, high-performance system designed for all high vacuum applications. Featuring a user-friendly 7-inch touch display for easy operation, it also offers remote control via a web server. This versatile system is compatible with a wide variety of applications, delivering both reliability and robust performance in demanding environments.


With a final pressure of 1 x 10-8 mbar mbar and a pumping speed of 67 l/s for nitrogen, the HiCube 80 Neo ensures efficient vacuum generation. The MVP 030-3 backing pump provides a pumping speed of 1.8 m³/h, with air cooling to maintain peak performance.
