The Pfeiffer HiCube 300 Neo, 100 CFF, MVP 030-3 Turbo Pumping Station is a compact, high-performance solution designed for all high vacuum applications. Featuring a user-friendly 7-inch touch display, it offers simple operation and remote control capabilities via a web server, allowing for versatile use across various demanding environments. With a final pressure of 1 x 10⁻⁸ mbar and a pumping speed of 260 l/s for nitrogen, this turbo pumping station ensures efficient and reliable vacuum generation.


Equipped with the HiPace 300 turbopump and an MVP 030-3 backing pump, this unit provides robust performance with a quiet emission sound level of ≤50 dB(A). The air-cooled forced convection system maintains optimal operating conditions, and the unit is globally compatible with an input voltage range of 100-240 V AC.
