Designed for a wide range of applications in laboratories,including vacuum drying of chambers (for drying or heat-treating substances andcomponents) or steam sterilizers for sterilizing instruments, vessels, filters andtextiles. The KNF N860.3FT.40.18 IP54-T Diaphragm Pump can be used veryuniversally due to its high resistance to aggressive media. The KNFself-drying system allows condensed liquid to be blown out of the pump heads ata high speed during evacuation. The drying cycle can be adjusted to therequirements of the individual process using three variables. KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 FT.18S2 Liquid Pump KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit (more) most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The UFEM 1.10 FT.18S2 version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 1 – 100 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 1 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant fluoropolymer flow path materials: PTFE head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance.
