Description by the supplier

KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump

KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The UFEM 1.10 FT.18RCP2 version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 1 – 100 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 1 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant fluoropolymer flow path materials: PTFE head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available.

All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduces flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 10 pumps are self-priming up to 9.8 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue.

VACUUBRAND MV 10 NT Diaphragm Pump-cover
VACUUBRAND MV 10 NT Diaphragm Pump

VACUUBRAND MV 10 NT Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 0.5 mbar Max. pumping speed at 60 Hz 6.1 cfm Nu (more)mber of Heads/Stages 8/4 Features - Contamination-free pumping and evacuation - High flow rate even near ultimate vacuum - Whisper quiet - Very low vibration - Exceptionally long diaphragm life and maintenance-free drive system for low lifetime costs Four-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of gases when the need is to reach fractional millibar ultimate vacuums. All parts in contact with pumped vapors or gases are made of aluminum, stainless steel and carefully selected plastics suitable for a wide range of non-corrosive applications. These pumps provide the advantageous combination of high pumping speed with an extraordinary good ultimate vacuum down to 0.5 mbar. The highly flexible, fabric-reinforced double diaphragms made of FKM offer extended operating life. Eight-cylinder NT pumps features quiet operation, smooth and easy to clean surfaces. Four-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent choice for continuous, contamination-free evacuation and pumping of non-aggressive gases under the very high vacuum demands of applications in physics and analytics. They generate a clean vacuum, as they are designed without any contact seals, hence no abrasion or dust is produced that might creep back into the application. Due to the outstanding ultimate vacuum, these pumps are often used as alternative to rotary vane pumps. A typical application is the use as backing pump for turbomolecular drag pumps. Additionally, the VARIO® design provides vacuum control by precise adjustment of the diaphragm pump´s motor speed. Depending on the application, the demand-responsive motor speed control results in unsurpassed lifetimes of service parts such as diaphragms, as well as optimal performance for backing of turbo pumps.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND MV 10 NT Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
