The Edwards XDS35iE Enhanced Dry Scroll Pump represents a cutting-edge solution in dry, clean vacuum technology, suitable for a wide array of applications. This pump is equipped with double start scroll form technology and by-pass valves, enhancing the original XDS35i family by increasing the roughing performance and capacity for large volume evacuations. The pump's smart motor drive ensures consistent global performance, includes overload protection, and facilitates remote start/stop operations. A key feature is the high flow gas ballast, allowing the handling of water vapour and other vapours up to 240 gh-1.

Maintenance is streamlined thanks to its simple single-sided scroll design, ensuring low ownership costs and maximum uptime. Additionally, the pump features reduced peak power requirements by up to 20% during initial pump down and provides up to 25% more pumping speed at roughing pressures, ideal for high frequency cycling applications. The pump achieves an ultimate vacuum of 0.03 mbar (0.02 Torr), which slightly increases with gas ballast usage, and offers a peak pumping speed of 35 CFM. It is designed with a DN 40 ISO-KF (NW40) inlet and a DN 25 ISO-KF (NW25) outlet, ensuring efficient connectivity and robust performance.

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit m (more)ost laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The FEM 1.02 TT.18S version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 0.03 – 200 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 0.03 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant flow path materials: PVDF head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 02 pumps are self-priming up to 6.6 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue.INCLUDED: The KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
