NW40

Displacement

43 m3h-1 / 25 ft3min-1

Features

- High ultimate vacuum and rapid pumping speed ensure efficient operation across a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications

- Quiet operation provides a comfortable working environment, reducing noise in sensitive areas

- Features a pressurized oil system that lubricates pump shaft bearings and rotor sealing faces for reliable performance

- Maintenance is simplified with an oil sight-glass for easy monitoring of oil levels and conditions at a glance

- Facilitates easy oil changes with an oil drain plug that allows either gravity or pressure oil drainage for convenience

- Compact, freestanding design allows flexible use without the need for additional support structures

- Ideal for use with analytical instruments, leak detectors, helium research, and for backing turbomolecular pumps, showcasing its versatility

Scroll pumps are an excellent alternative to rotary vane pumps where oil free pumping is desirable. The XDS pumps in particular use an innovative bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricant not only making them totally dry, but also protecting the bearing from any process gases. Vapour handling is enabled by an adjustable gas ballast; this allows the range of pumps to satisfy many applications that were previously off limits to other scroll pumps.

The Edwards XDS35iC features Chemraz internal valves and stainlesssteel fittings for extra protection from the pumped media. The ‘C’ series isbetter designed for more aggressive applications as opposed to the standardseries.

VACUUBRAND VACUU-PURE 10 Screw Pump Ultimate Vacuum 0.005 mbar (0.0038 Torr) Maximum Pumping Speed  (more)5.9 CFM Inlet/Outlet Connection Small Flange KF DN 25 Features - 10-3 mbar vacuum range - 100% oil-free - No abrasion - No wear parts The dry screw pump VACUU-PURE 10 reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range down to 10-3 mbar. VACUU-PURE 10 combines three important benefits for the user: 100% oil-free, no abrasion, and no wear parts. VACUU-PURE 10 is ideal for clean processes which require a dry and hydrocarbon-free vacuum. The spindles of the screw pump run contact-free and are thus free of abrasion and wear. The screw pump is especially designed for processes in the vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar, however unlike other fine vacuum technologies it can be used across the entire pressure range from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum. The evacuation of even larger systems from atmospheric pressure down to the 10-3 mbar vacuum range can be done without changing the vacuum pump. VACUU·PURE easily handles high levels of vapor accumulation through its extraordinary condensate compatibility. Thanks to this capability, a gas ballast is unnecessary, avoiding associated disadvantages like the reduction in pumping speed and an increase in noise levels. The integrated regeneration mode enables rapid drying of the pump at the end of the process. This allows sample throughput to be increased significantly as compared to other pump technologies. INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND VACUU-PURE 10 Screw Pump includes: - 2 x Centering Rings - 2 x Clamping Rings - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.600.H Pallet Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.600.H Pallet Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
