- High flow gas ballast feature allows pumping of vapours including water vapour at up to 240 gh-1

- Simple single sided scroll design allows maintenance to be done in minutes for low cost of ownership and maximum up-time.

- Enhanced versions offer up to 20% lower peak power requirements during initial pump down.

The nXDS allows a wide range of control and communication options

The nXDS comes as standard with a manual, easy to use, gas ballast port

A perfect companion for your turbomolecular pump

With exceptional pumping capability, ultimate vacuum performance and state-of-the-art design features Edwards nXDS is the best performing pump in its class.nXDS improves on legacy XDS pumps by offering increased pumping speeds, combined with lower ultimate pressures, lower power consumption and lower noise - up to 20 times quieter than other pumps. Gas ballast allows for pumping of condensable vapours including, water, solvents, dilute acids and bases. nXDS pumps also feature the latest in tip seal technology giving significantly longer life between tip seal changes. Integrated inverter drive with auto sensing voltage input delivers optimised pumping performance globally.

The Edwards nXDS6iC features Chemraz internal valves and stainlesssteel fittings for extra protection from the pumped media. The ‘C’ series isbetter designed for more aggressive applications as opposed to the standardseries.

The integrated VACUU-SELECT controller provides an easy-to-use, application-based interface that covers all common lab applications. The VACUU-SELECT controller has you covered. Use manual set-point-control for simple processes, run fully automated distillations, or create your own application with simple drag-and-drop editing. For solvent evaporation, the VACUU-SELECT controller detects the boiling pressure and automatically adjusts the pump to maintain process control. On-demand motor speed control yields not only improved vacuum control, but it also results in unparalleled service intervals for wear parts like diaphragms and valves. Typical applications are all evaporation processes. Evaporation processes can be run fully automatically and with short process times and high sensitivity at the same time. The VARIO control ensures high process reliability through prevention of superheating or foaming. The control allows for automatic vacuum level adaptation and is self-adapting to changing process parameters at any time. The VACUU-BUS interface facilitates a user-friendly configuration of even complex vacuum installations. KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 ST.18RCP Liquid Pump-cover
KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 ST.18RCP Liquid Pump

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 ST.18RCP Liquid PumpKNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit  (more)most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The FEM 1.02 ST.18RCP version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 0.03 – 200 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 0.03 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant flow path materials: stainless steel head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 02 pumps are self-priming up to 6.6 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue.
