VACUUBRAND MD 4C NT Chemistry Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 1.5 mbar Max. pumping speed at 60 Hz (more)2.2 cfm Number of Heads/Stages 4/3 Features - Outstanding chemical resistance and superior vapor tolerance - Exceptionally high performance even at low vacuum - Excellent ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast - Whisper quiet and very low vibration - Long diaphragm life, maintenance-free drive system Three-stage chemistry-design diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors and meet even challenging requirements. The three-stage design provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and very low ultimate vacuum. All parts of the MD 4C NT in contact with pumped media are made of chemically resistant fluoroplastics. Well-proven PTFE sandwich diaphragms provide increased reliability and extended operating life. Due to the gas ballast valve and its very good ultimate vacuum (even with gas ballast) the MD 4C NT is also suitable for pumping condensable vapors of high-boiling solvents. The NT-series features further improved performance data, easy service and superior vapor tolerance. Three-stage chemistry-design diaphragm pumps are an excellent choice for applications with corrosive gases and vapors with high vacuum requirements. Typical applications are parallel and rotary evaporators, concentrators, drying ovens and many other laboratory applications. The MD 4C NT has an outstanding performance for pumping large amounts of vapor, e.g., out of drying ovens and gel dryers. This powerful pump is at the heart of a complete family of well-proven and reliable vacuum systems and pumping units for larger lab applications.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND MD 4C NT Chemistry Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Edwards nEXT85H NW40 NW16 80W Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump

Edwards nEXT85H NW40 NW16 80W Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump Ultimate Vacuum <5x10-9 mbar Inlet Conne (more)ction NW40 Pumping Speed Nominal 2,820.00 l/min Features - Combines oil-lubricated ceramic and dry permanent magnetic bearings for enhanced durability - Built-in electronics for streamlined operation and easy integration with control systems - Enhances speed and compression efficiency for a wide range of applications - Allows for in-field replacement of oil cartridges and bearings with minimal tools - Offers standard, high light gas compression, and additional regenerative stage options for specific needs - Provides superior compression performance for various gases - Ensures efficient operation with reduced electrical interference - Magnetic bearings reduce noise and vibration, ensuring a stable vacuum environment The nEXT 85H pumps consist of the turbomolecular pump with a permanently attached controller containing drive electronics. The controller controls the electrical supply to the pump with the exception of standby speed control. It has no manual controls and can only be operated through the logic interface. To operate the nEXT-85 H pump you must connect it to your own control equipment and power supply or alternatively use the Edwards TIC Turbo Instrument Controller or TIC Turbo Controller. nEXT 85H pumps are supllied with an inlet-screen fitted into the centering O-ring for ISO version pumps and into envelope for CF version pumps. nEXT85 pumps with an NW 25 interstage-port are supplied with an inlet-strainer that fits into the interstage-port. The inlet-screen and inlet-strainer protect the pump against damage that would be caused by debris entering the pump. The nEXT 85 H pumps have a vent-port for venting the pump and vacuum system to atmospheric pressure. The pump is supplied with a manual vent-vavle fitted; this can be replaced with a TAV5 or TAV6 solenoid-operated vent-valve. The TAV valve can be directly controlled by the on-board controller. The nEXT pumps have a purge-port: an inert purge gas can be introduced protect the bearing and motor from corrosion. An optional vent-port adapter and purge restrictor can be fitted to the purge-port to control the flow rate of the purge gas and to filter the gas supply.
