Varian SPS-5 Autosampler-cover
Varian SPS-5 Autosampler

For sale: refurbished Varian SPS-5 Autosampler   Also available: SPS3 sampler and other options if n (more)eeded Other Atomic Absorption Systems like Varian 220FS, 220Z Furnance, 240Z Furnance, Perkin Elmer series New and used parts for Agilent and Varian AAS systems   We are not a agent/reseller. All products on our website are in stock and can be delivered with installation by our own service engineers. All systems are delivered with warranty! We are not a agent/reseller. All products on our website are in stock and can be delivered with installation by our own service engineers. All systems are delivered with warranty! We can deliver maintenance and repair services by our own engineers   The SPS-5 Sample Preparation System is a random-access autosampler which can be connected to all of the AA, ICP and UV spectrometers currently manufactured by Varian. It can hold up to 500 samples when the optional rear rack extension is fitted. A fume hood is also available. A range of rack types is available for different test tube sizes. Rack hole sizes can be further customized with the 60 position (Type 25) rack for different test tube diameters. The SPS-5 is compatible with the optional on-line Auto-Diluter. The SPS-5 autosampler includes rinse station, two racks (Type 25 and Type A) and inert probe. Standard configuration allows up to three sample or standard racks to be used at once. With the optional rack extension, up to five racks may be accommodated. Racks must be ordered separately. The autosampler requires but does not include test tubes/bottles. The SPS-5 is also available in a fibreoptic autosampler version for use with the Cary 1, 3, 4, 5, 50, 100, 300, 400 and 500 with the Cary WinUV software. Version 2 of the WinUV software does not support use of the SPS-5 with the normal liquid sampling probe nor does it support the optional Diluter. Rack recognition To reduce the risk of operator error, the SPS-5 features Magnetic Rack Recognition (MRR). Each rack has an embedded magnet which is detected by sensors in the SPS-5. The SPS-5 can detect rack presence and type, minimizing the risk of operator error during rack changes. Rack types The SPS-5 can be fitted with five different rack types, catering for a range of sample vessels: Rack type Capacity Tube volume (nominal) Type 10 100 10 mL Type 25 60 25 mL Type 50 35 50 mL Type A 12 125 mL Type B 6 500 mL The Type 25 rack can be fitted with adapters to hold small diameter test tubes. The Type A and B racks are supplied with vessels. All racks are made from chemical-resistant polypropylene. Probe height The height of the SPS-5 probe can be programmed so that you can sample from a particular layer in a sample or avoid aspirating sediment from the bottom of a vessel. Diluter An optional Diluter can be fitted to the SPS-5. This can be used for off-line standard and sample preparation prior to a run. It can also be used to perform on-line dilutions for some techniques. The Diluter’s design ensures that the syringe is never contaminated. After dispensing any solution into a sample vessel, the SPS-5 will mix the contents with the probe. The probe is simultaneously vibrated horizontally and moved up and down through the solution. Splashing is eliminated as the probe height is set in response to the volume in the vessel.

Radwag DWT/RC 10/HYF Checkweigher-cover
Radwag DWT/RC 10/HYF Checkweigher

Automatic checkweigher DWT/RC/HYF series is dedicated to work on technological lines of food industr (more)y, where high humidity and frequent high pressure cleaning are the major issues. The construction has been designed to enable fast and easy cleaning. Special emphasis has been put on elimination of gaps, spaces and flat surfaces susceptible to condensates and waterstains. The structure of the conveyor belt allows washing it inside and outside without dissembling. The electronics has been placed high above the weighing platform for minimizing the possibility of inundation of the control panel. The checkweigher DWT/RC/HYF series is created in accordance with vertical space division. “Clean zone” ranges from the floor to the level of the conveyor belt (the area where food and production waste accumulates). “Technological zone” is placed above the production line. The control mechanism is based on a terminal HY series, facilitating easy communication between the operator and the machine and providing additional features. Standard functions: - Database of operators and products - RS 232/485 and Ethernet interfaces - I/O control - Current weighing statistics - Automatic printouts - Reports - Cooperation with computer software Additional functions: - Faulty goods discriminator - Barcode scanner - The checkweigher can be equipped with standard ink printers and labelling printers allowing to print the tags of the weighed products - Sounder and/or Warning tower lights - Cooperation with feeders, mounted to the front side, in a feedback system.

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.150.H7 4 Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.150.H7 4 Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
