Product Description
The Horizon DryVap 5000 is an automated benchtop concentrator system designed for removal of water and concentration of samples by solvent evaporation. It supports analysis workflows including GC, GC/MS, and HPLC/MS.
- Handles up to 6 independent sample stations simultaneously
- Sample volume range: 2 mL to 200 mL
- Uses DryDisk membranes and Supelco PTFE/silicone septa for water removal from organic solvents via SPE or LLE
- Combines heat, vacuum, and sparge gas for efficient solvent evaporation and concentration
- Equipped with a master control panel to set drying volume, heater power, heater timer, and Auto Rinse mode
- Individual station control panels with Start, Stop, Pause/Resume, Manual Rinse keys, and LED status indicators
- Supplied with a used KNF Neuberger UN035.3 STP diaphragm vacuum pump and various spare parts, including:
- 5 gas/sparge valves (3 new, 2 used), vacuum line kit, gasket seal rings, sensors, seal jackets, cable assembly
- 3 user manuals and assorted accessories
- Designed to improve productivity, recovery rates, reproducibility, and operator safety by reducing solvent exposure
