- Blade clamping holder maintains fixed angle during sharpening.
- Safety cover closes during honing to prevent dust and particle dispersion and ensure safe operation (missing lid in this unit).
- High-frequency glass plate stroking action sharpens the blade edge evenly on both sides by automatic flipping.
- Automatic electric timer controls stroking cycle duration and reversals at regular intervals for balanced honing.
