VELP VTF Digital Thermoregulator

The VELP VTF Digital Thermoregulator is a versatile instrument designed to seamlessly integrate with most common heating magnetic stirrers and comes equipped with a temperature probe and power cable, enabling direct connectivity to AREX, AREC.X, and AREX-6 models. Its compatibility extends with the PW 10 branch element to encompass various heating devices, including water and oil baths, hot plates, and thermometers.

Achieving exceptional temperature accuracy, the VTF is fortified with Fuzzy Logic, automatically adapting thermoregulation to varying conditions such as power, load, and heat dissipation, with an impressive accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The exclusive fixing system innovatively secures the Pt100 probe within standard beakers, allowing for adjustable positioning via lateral clamps and friction systems.

A standout feature is its integrated digital timer, permitting a maximum time selection of up to 24 hours and 59 minutes, upon completion of which the thermoregulation is automatically deactivated. The timer functionality is indicated by an alternating flash of arrows on the display.

Technical specifications include a robust technopolymer structure, adaptable fixing for rods ranging from Ø 10 to 13 mm, and a Pt 100 stainless steel probe measuring 250 mm in length and Ø 3 mm in diameter. The device exhibits an LCD display with a CEI EN 60529 protection rating of IP 54, operates on a 12 Vdc power supply, and weighs 0.3 kg. Its dimensions measure 75x145x120 mm, with an adjustment range from -10 to +300°C, an accuracy of ± 0.5°C, and a resolution of 0.2°C. It offers timed operation from 0:00 to 24:59, with options to display remaining time and maximum temperature reached, and ensures safety by automatically switching off in the event of a probe short or interruption.
