The AREX Digital 5 is the pinnacle model of Velp's 5 Series, designed for laboratories seeking meticulous control over sample temperatures with an exceptional reproducibility rate. This sophisticated magnetic stirrer is equipped with a dual digital display, capable of achieving an accuracy of ±1.0 °C, further refined by the VTF system to ±0.5°C. Optional Pt100 and Pt1000 probes can extend its capabilities even further.

Constructed with resilience, safety, and performance in mind, the AREX Digital 5 features an IP42-certified aluminum alloy plate with a ceramic coating, offering resistance against scratches and chemical agents, making it ideal for use in environments utilizing acids, bases, and solvents. Safety circuits and overtemperature protection, along with visual heating activity indicators and a ‘HOT’ safety message, ensure operator safety. Additionally, a probe detection alarm enhances security.

AREX 5 offers two thermoregulation modes: a FAST mode for quick temperature attainment and a FINE mode to minimize overshoot. Powered by a brushless motor, it handles agitation of up to 20 liters and maintains consistent speed with SpeedServo™ technology, catering to changing sample viscosities.

Ergonomically designed for ease, the compact AREX 5 incorporates bright LED displays for optimal monitoring of settings and performance during benchtop applications.
