VACUUBRAND PC 611 Select Chemistry Pumping Unit Ultimate Vacuum 1.5 mbar (1.1 Torr) Maximum Pumping (more) Speed 2.2 CFM at 60Hz Number of Heads/Stages 4/3 Features - VACUU-SELECT vacuum controller with graphical user interface simplifies work in the laboratory - Predefined applications save time and give reproducible result - Easy-to-use application editor allows own process sequences - Meets high vacuum requirements for most high boiling solvents - PC 611 Select allows simultaneous operation of two independent vacuum applications with electronic vacuum control This chemistry vacuum pumping unit is an economic space-saving solution for simultaneous operation of two independent vacuum applications with one single pump. Based on our popular MD 4C NT three-stage chemistry diaphragm pump, the PC 611 select is frequently used for vacuum applications involving even high boiling point solvents. This pump has sufficient capacity for parallel operation of two demanding applications. One application is controlled by the VACUU-SELECT vacuum controller, via an electronic solenoid valve. The second application is controlled by a manually controlled diaphragm valve. Both vacuum ports have integrated check valves to protect against cross contamination and interference. The integrated VACUU-SELECT controller provides an easy-to-use, application-based interface that covers all common lab applications. The VACUU-SELECT controller has you covered. Use manual set-point-control for simple processes, run distillations, or create your own application with simple drag-and-drop editing. For solvent evaporation, it detects the boiling pressure and switches to 2-point control mode to hold the pressure stable when a boiling point is detected. The inlet separator, made of glass with a robust protective coating, prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump, preventing damage, and extending pump life. And the exhaust vapor condenser allows for nearly complete recovery of solvents when used with a chilled water line or recirculating chiller for economical recycling and environmental protection. INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND PC 611 Select Chemistry Pumping Unit includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

VACUUBRAND ME 16 NT Diaphragm Pump-cover
VACUUBRAND ME 16 NT Diaphragm Pump

VACUUBRAND ME 16 NT Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 70 mbar Max. pumping speed at 60 Hz 9.6 cfm Num (more)ber of Heads/Stages 8/1 Features - Contamination-free pumping and evacuation - High flow rate even near ultimate vacuum - Whisper quiet - Very low vibration - Exceptionally long diaphragm life and maintenance-free drive system for low lifetime costs Diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free evacuation and pumping of gases. The one-stage design provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and low ultimate vacuum down to 70 mbar. All parts in contact with pumped media are made of aluminum and selected plastics allowing a wide range of applications for non-corrosive gases. The highly flexible, fabric-reinforced double diaphragms made of FKM are ideal for extended operating life. These pumps are particularly powerful and offer large volume flow. The eight-cylinder pump ME 16 NT features exceptionally high pumping speed, low vibration and a very compact design with smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces. Large one-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent choice for continuous, oil-free pumping of large amounts of gases. Typical applications are vacuum ovens and in general evacuation and pumping of non-corrosive gases. They are also excellent for very fast evacuations down to modest vacuum levels.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND ME 16 NT Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.1500.C8 4 Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.1500.C8 4 Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
