The Yamato DX-602C Natural Convection Oven 153L, 115V is designed for both economy and efficiency. It features a digital PID controller for straightforward operation, including options like Fixed setting, Auto Start, Quick Auto Stop, and Auto Stop. The oven operates within a temperature range of room temperature +5°C to 280°C, maintaining a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and distribution accuracy of ±10°C at 280°C. It takes approximately 80 minutes to reach its maximum temperature from room temperature.
This oven is built with a durable stainless-steel interior and an electro-galvanized steel sheet exterior finished with melamine resin, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance. It's insulated with glass wool and utilizes a 1.36 kW iron-chrome wire heater. Equipped with two 33 mm exhaust ports on the top, it offers microprocessor controlled PID temperature management with digital setting and LED display options, alongside a versatile timer range.
Safety is a priority, with features including self-diagnostic functions, a key lock, hydraulic overheat prevention, and an electric leakage breaker with overcurrent protection.
