± 10°C at 300°C
Chamber Volume
72L
The Yamato DX-402C Natural Convection Oven 74L, 115V is an economical, high-capacity oven designed for precision heating, featuring a spacious 74L interior. Equipped with a digital PID controller, it offers easy operation with modes like Fixed setting, Auto Start, Quick Auto Stop, and Auto Stop. The oven efficiently maintains temperatures from room temperature +5°C to 300°C with an excellent control accuracy of ±1°C and distribution accuracy of ±10°C at 300°C. It reaches its maximum temperature in about 60 minutes.
Constructed for durability, it has a stainless-steel interior and an electro-galvanized steel sheet exterior with a melamine resin baking finish. Insulation is provided by glass wool, and heating is achieved with a 1.36 kW iron-chrome wire heater. It includes two exhaust ports, each 33 mm in diameter, located on top, and features microprocessor controlled PID temperature control with digital setting and display, alongside a comprehensive timer.
Safety is prioritized with self-diagnostic functions, a key lock, hydraulic overheat prevention, and an electric leakage breaker with overcurrent protection. The internal dimensions are 450x410x400mm, and the external dimensions are 550x540x730mm. The oven supports a shelf plate load of 15kg, offering nine shelf rest steps with a 35mm pitch. Weighing approximately 38kg, it is compatible with AC115V 14A and is an ideal choice for users needing a larger, reliable, and easy-to-use convection oven for various applications.

furnaces
A furnace is a heating system that uses a fuel source to heat air or water, which is then circulated throughout a home or building. Furnaces are typically powered by natural gas, propane, oil, or electricity. The most common type of furnace is a forced-air furnace, which uses a blower to circulate warm air through ductwork and into the living space. Other types of furnaces include boilers, which heat water for radiators or baseboard heaters, and heat pumps, which use electricity to move heat from one area to another.
Ovens
Ovens are a type of scientific equipment used to heat materials to a specific temperature. They are used in a variety of scientific applications, such as drying, sterilizing, and curing materials. Ovens are available in a variety of sizes and types, including benchtop, laboratory, and industrial ovens. They are also available in a variety of temperature ranges, from low-temperature ovens for drying and curing materials to high-temperature ovens for sterilizing and melting materials. Ovens are also used in the food industry for baking and roasting.
