The Yamato DG-400C Natural Convection Glassware Drying Oven 92L, 115V is expertly designed for effective drying and storage of lab instruments. It operates in the temperature range of room temperature plus 5°C to 70°C, utilizing natural convection. Key features include a large observation window for monitoring, adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces, and a stainless-steel interior that's both easy to clean and corrosion resistant. The oven is equipped with a stainless-steel pipe heater (1.0kW) and a water receiving plate at the bottom.
Temperature control is managed by a PID controller with a microprocessor, allowing precise settings via digital ▲/▼ keys. It includes a K thermocouple temperature sensor and liquid-expansion temperature controller for overheat protection. Safety and usability are enhanced with a silicon rubber-packed single door and a standard 3mm glass observation window measuring 250x300mm. The oven offers a shelf plate load capacity of 15kg and has 10 shelf rest steps with a 30mm pitch. Weighing approximately 45kg, its internal dimensions are 450×450×450 mm, and external dimensions are 504×562×788 mm.
