The TwinDISPLAY control system, equipped with two high-definition TFT-color displays, allows for adaptive multifunctional temperature management, ensuring accurate control via two Pt100 sensors in a 4-wire circuit for mutual monitoring. Additional features include forced air circulation, adjustable fan speed in 10% increments, and pre-heated fresh air admixture for optimal thermal distribution.
For enhanced safety, the Memmert UF160TS includes the AutoSAFETY system, which provides integrated over- and undertemperature protection, as well as a mechanical temperature limiter (TB) that switches off heating at 20°C above the nominal temperature. The Function SetpointWAIT ensures the process begins only once the set temperature is reached, while the Function HeatBALANCE allows precise adjustment of heating performance. With a maximum loading capacity of 462 lbs, spread across up to 8 shelves, this oven is ideal for demanding laboratory applications requiring consistent, reliable performance.
