If you buy a Multifunctional Scale HY10 by July 31, 2024, you will receive each of these products al (more)ong with a FREE lifetime license for the Workflow Module. Multifunctional scales HY10 series is designed to fast and precise determination of mass in industrial conditions. The HY10 scales features a terminal PUE HY10 series in stainless steel housing and a single load cell weighing platform. The HY10 series scales is made of stainless steel OH18N9 including the weighing platform, and it is equipped with 10,1”colourful touch screen display, keyboard with numeric and function keys. The scales enables cooperation with an additional weighing platforms. Additionally, the HY10 series offers full functionality available in the terminal PUE HY10 series: programmable display and function keys, designing custom printout templates, designing text data indicated on terminal display. Multifunctional scales HY10 series is offered with a terminal connected to a weighing platform through a cable. Scales HY10 series is available in dual range version on surcharge. Dedicated Applications Smart Editor The application is intended for scales equipped with the HY10 terminal. It does not require any additional installations. Enter the terminal’s address in the browser address field and log in. The application enables: - remote databases editing - import of images from the graphic file to the scale - labels import from lb file to the scale - creating and preview of report, e.g. Workflow - dosing processes operation Smart Display The application allows to personalise the scale screen and display it on a computer. The Smart Display enables customization of the display screen in a simple and clear way. Place the individual elements on a grid visible on the screen. These elements can be further scaled to suit user needs. When operated directly on the scale, the user gets a new, refreshed look with the possibility of any configuration of the home screen. If the application is operated via a computer browser, it enables remote control of the desktop or setting larger mass indication window. The Workflow Module will improve work in your company. It enables developing a path of customized weighing process adapted to individual requirements of a particular production system, and next sending it to all weighing instruments cooperating with the E2R. The given process is started on the weighing instrument upon operator logging or after selecting a product, a formulation or an ingredient to which it is assigned. Modifications are made with use of convenient and intuitive interface.

Bandelin Sonorex RK 1028 CH Ultrasonic Water Bath-cover
Bandelin Sonorex RK 1028 CH Ultrasonic Water Bath

High-performance ultrasonic cleaner with heating for use in the practice, laboratory and workshop. T (more)he proven and particularly robust SONOREX ultrasonic baths clean thoroughly and gently by means of intensive cavitation bubbles, even in the hard-to-reach places of the cleaning objects. A user-friendly rotary handle control is used for easy setting of the cleaning time and bath temperature. The fully automatic SweepTec function prevents standing waves in the ultrasonic field and achieves particularly even cleaning. Ultrasound frequency: 35 kHz Temperature setting: 30°C – 80°C Time setting: 1-15 min, continuous operation Capacity: 45 L Work content: 30 L Level marking: yes Tub material: Stainless steel V2A (1 4301) Tub thickness: 2 mm Inner dimension (LxWxH): 500 x 300 x 300 mm Dimension (LxWxH): 540 x 340 x 500 mm Included Cover: A suitable stainless steel lid for an ultrasonic bath protects the bath fluid from external contamination and prevents odour nuisance caused by the added cleaning or disinfecting preparations. In addition, the noise emission that may be perceived as annoying during operation of the ultrasonic cleaner is reduced. The lids are designed in such a way that any condensation water that arises is led back into the tank. Hanging basket: For holding sound reinforcement material; made of stainless steel. During ultrasonic operation, nothing may be placed on the bottom of the tank, as abrasion may occur between the material to be sonicated and the ultrasonic oscillating tank. It is therefore recommended to use a suitable basket to hold the sonication material. The BANDELIN baskets are designed in such a way that the material to be sonicated is always in the optimum area of the cavitation field (1-2 cm from the floor) in the oscillating tank. With the help of a basket, the sonication material can also be conveniently placed in the unit and removed after operation, e.g. for rinsing, without the user coming into contact with the sonication fluid in the oscillating tank. Sieve holder: For cleaning test sieves in an ultrasonic bath; stainless steel. During ultrasonic operation, nothing may be placed on the bottom of the tank, as abrasion may occur between the material to be sonicated and the ultrasonic oscillating tank. It is therefore recommended to use a suitable basket to hold the sonication material. With the help of a basket, the sonication material can also be conveniently placed in the unit and removed after operation, e.g. for rinsing, without the user coming into contact with the sonication fluid in the oscillating tank. Insert strip: The insert strip is used to hold the insert vessels. When using chemically aggressive liquids (e.g. TICKOPUR J 80 U), removing chemically aggressive or abrasive contaminants or sonicating sample liquids, insert cups are used (indirect sonication). Because nothing may be placed on the bottom of the ultrasonic bath. Another advantage: When using an insert strip, several insert beakers can be sonicated with different liquids at the same time (e.g. removal of dental cements with STAMMOPUR Z in one and cleaning with simultaneous chemical disinfection of dental instruments with STAMMOPUR DR 8 in a second insert beaker). Please note that the surface tension of the water must be reduced in order to transfer the ultrasound to the insert vessel and therefore a cleaning solution (e.g. TICKOPUR R 33 – 3%) must be used as a coupling liquid / contact liquid.
