This Buchi GKR-50 Glass Tube Drying Oven was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to r (more)equirements. The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). We set the temperature to around 37˚c on the dial and the thermometer went up to 35˚c. We then turned it up to 100˚c, and the thermometer read 80˚c, finally, we turned it up to 200˚c and the thermometer reached 167˚c. It is in reasonably poor cosmetic condition and has lots of marks from use as well as rust.

The terminal is intended for operation in environment filled with explosive gases and dust, and can be placed in zones: 1/21 and 2/22. Standard version of the terminal is equipped with 2 serial intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one intrinsically safe RS485 interface.
