CSB63 Multirisk Chemisafe Cabinet

The CSB63 Multirisk Chemisafe Cabinet offers modular solutions for safely storing chemicals. Constructed entirely from 15/10 mm thick electrogalvanized steel sheet, it's cold bent for structural integrity. The cabinet's exterior is finished with a 90-micron acid-resistant epoxy resin and passed through a 200°C thermal tunnel for enhanced durability. Its monocoque design includes leveling feet, dividing the space into three distinct compartments, each designed to separately house non-flammable chemical families. The cabinet features simple single-layer swing doors that open to an angle of 110°, secured with a lock and key system. External parts are made from corrosion-resistant plastic. Inside, compartments have fixed retention shelves adjustable in height, available in plasticized, painted, or stainless steel. A connection collar with a diameter of 125 mm ensures proper ventilation, and internationally recognized pictograms according to ISO 3864 standards are included.

Each shelf supports a maximum load of 40 kg when distributed evenly. Optional features include additional shelves, a timer, plinth, retention tank, door open alarm, ventilation, and filter, enhancing the cabinet's adaptability to specific laboratory requirements.
