The CS60 BASIC PVC CHEMISAFE is a high-quality chemical safety cabinet designed for safe storage of dangerous liquids, fully compliant with EN61010-1 standards. Key technical features include:
- Constructed with 18 mm thick HD PVC for excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, alcohols, greases, oils, and petrols
- Exhaust fan cover and plinth made from 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel coated with acid-resistant epoxy powders, ensuring a protective layer >90 microns at 200 °C
- Monocoque structure with a 15/10 mm base and adjustable leveling feet for stability
- Modular design with 2, 3, or 4 compartments, allowing separate storage of different non-flammable chemical families
- Doors with simple hinges and external corrosion-resistant plastic zipper
- Safety lock Handles with key to prevent unauthorized access
- Fixed shelves made of plasticized, painted, or stainless steel, adjustable in height and removable with a 110° door opening
- Compartments feature PVC containment shelves and tray shelves for spill containment
- Ø 125 mm connection collar; series available with or without suction units
- Supplied with 3 PVC shelves (each supporting up to 40 kg evenly distributed)
- Compatibility with various accessories such as electric aspirators, activated carbon filters, connection flanges, aspirator flow controllers, and alarm systems for open doors
This cabinet offers robust corrosion resistance and is suitable for handling corrosive vapors like nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, or hydrofluoric acids. The modular and ventilated design ensures safe, organized, and compliant chemical storage solutions for laboratory environments.
