The Chemisafe CS60 A+B BASIC PVC CHEMISAFE is a chemical safety cabinet designed for safe storage of dangerous liquids, compliant with EN61010-1 and ISO 3864 standards.
- Construction materials and design:
- Fully constructed from 18 mm thick HD PVC for chemical resistance
- Exhaust fan cover and plinth in 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel with acid-resistant epoxy coating (>90 microns at 200°C)
- Monocoque base structure 15/10 mm thick with adjustable leveling feet
- Compartments divided into 2, 3, or 4 sections for separate storage of non-flammable chemicals
- Simple hinged doors, corrosion-resistant plastic external zipper
- Safety lock handles with keys
- Shelving and retention features:
- Fixed shelves made from plasticized, painted, or stainless steel, adjustable in height
- 110° door opening enables shelf removal without tilting
- PVC containment shelves adjustable in height
- Tray shelves included
- Ventilation and modularity:
- Connection collar diameter Ø 125 mm
- Available with or without suction unit
- Modular options for customization
- Chemical resistance details:
- PVC provides high resistance against alcohols, greases, oils, petrols, inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts
- Resistant to aggressive vapors such as nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids

- 2+2 PVC shelves (max load: 40 kg evenly distributed)
- Optional accessories include:
