CS60 Basic Chemicals Cabinet by Chemisafe

The Chemisafe CS60 Basic Cabinet is a meticulously crafted storage solution designed for the safe containment of hazardous chemicals. Constructed entirely from electro-galvanized steel sheet (Skin passat) FE P01, with a thickness of 10/10 mm, the cabinet undergoes a rigorous process of cold pressing and painting. This involves degreasing treatment followed by an application of epoxy primer and two applications of thermosetting powders, culminating in a 200°C thermal tunnel treatment for durability.

Its monolithic design features base feet for cabinet leveling, and its double-paneled, reversible doors are furnished with secure handles and locks. An optional activated charcoal filter, effective for acid substances, can be mounted on top, accompanied by a prefilter for easy replacement through a key-locked hinged panel. The cabinet includes tray-shaped steel shelves designed for liquid containment, adjustable in height, with a 110° opening for easy extraction without tilting.

Safety is paramount, with multilingual safety signs indicating hazardous and toxic product presence, in compliance with ISO 3864 standards. The cabinet also meets EN61010-1, EN16121, and CEI 66-5 standards, ensuring comprehensive safety and functionality.

The cabinet is supplied with three plasticized shelves capable of bearing a maximum load of 40 Kg each, distributed evenly. Optional features include additional shelves, timer, plinth, retention tank, door open alarm, ventilation, and filter system to tailor the cabinet to specific needs.
