CS 60 BASIC - CHEMISAFE CABINET
- Manufactured exclusively from 10/10 mm thick Skin passat FE P01 electro-galvanized steel sheets, utilizing a cold pressing method. These materials are treated with a degreasing solution prior to receiving an application of epoxy primer, followed by two coats of thermosetting powders. Finally, the materials are sent through a thermal tunnel at 200°C.
- This cabinet boasts a monolithic construction, complete with leveling feet at the base for optimal stability.
- The double-paneled, reversible doors are fashioned from the same high-quality elements as the cabinet itself, and are furnished with lockable handles for enhanced safety.
- Filter-mounting options are available for an activated charcoal filter, designed specifically for acidic substances, with a prefilter included. The filter can be easily replaced by accessing it through a locked, hinged panel.
- The cabinet features lockable handles equipped with keys for added security.
- Each cabinet shelf is made from tray-shaped steel with a thickness of 10/10 mm, designed to hold liquids in the event of container breakage or spillage. The shelves can be adjusted in height for flexibility.
- The doors of the cabinet provide a 110° opening angle, allowing for the removal of shelves without the need to tilt them.
- Multilingual safety labels are strategically placed to denote the presence of hazardous and toxic items, thereby emphasizing the importance of storage limits.
- Pictograms adhering to ISO 3864 standards are included as a standard feature.
- The cabinet is equipped with a safety lock and key mechanism, ensuring secure closure.
