CS120 PVC Chemical Storage Cabinet

The CS120 PVC cabinet by CHEMISAFE is expertly crafted from 18 mm HD PVC, ensuring robust chemical storage. Its extractor cover and plinth feature 1.0 mm thick cold-pressed steel sheet construction with an acid-resistant epoxy coating, applied electrostatically at 200°C. This provides a protective layer exceeding 90 microns across the surface, enhancing durability.

The cabinet's monocoque structure is based on a sturdy 15/10 mm foundation with adjustable leveling feet, ensuring stability. It features two separate compartments to store various non-flammable chemicals safely and a corrosion-resistant plastic zipper. The compartments include height-adjustable containment shelves made from PVC, maximizing storage flexibility. Simple hinged swing doors with a key lock and a 110° opening angle facilitate shelf access without the need for tilting.

Additional features include modular solutions, tray shelves, and compliance with EN 61010-1 standards and ISO 3864 pictograms, ensuring both practicality and safety. It comes equipped with 3+3 PVC shelves, supporting a max load of 40 Kg each, evenly distributed. An optional suction unit, additional shelves, timer, door open alarm, and ventilation system can be added for enhanced functionality.
