Chemisafe CS 120 Basic PVC Cabinet

The Chemisafe CS 120 Basic PVC Cabinet is expertly crafted for secure and organized storage of non-flammable chemicals. Constructed with a robust 18 mm HD PVC body, it ensures high durability. The extractor cover and plinth are designed with 1.0 mm thick cold-pressed steel sheet, coated with acid-resistant epoxy powders for superior protection against corrosion. The sturdy monocoque design includes a 15/10 mm base with adjustable leveling feet for stability.

This cabinet offers flexibility with options of 2, 3, or 4 compartments, each equipped with containment shelves made of height-adjustable PVC, optimizing space for storing various chemicals separately. It features simple hinged swing doors with a key lock and a door opening at a 110° angle for convenience.

Additional design elements include a corrosion-resistant plastic zipper and a connection collar with a diameter of 125 mm. Available with or without a suction unit, this cabinet provides modular solutions, tray shelves, and standardized pictograms as per ISO 3864 standards. It is compliant with the EN 61010-1 standard, assuring safety and performance.

The cabinet is supplied with three PVC shelves, each having a maximum load capacity of 40 kg, evenly distributed. Optional features include additional shelves, a timer, door open alarm, and ventilation, enhancing functionality and security in a laboratory environment.
