Fire resistance and certifications:
- Fireproof TYPE 90 safety zone for flammable products
- Certified according to EN14470-1 (90-minute fire resistance, 2023 version), EN61010, EN16121 standards

Construction and materials:
- Galvanized steel sheet (1-1.5 mm thick), cold bent, gray RAL7035 finish
- Insulation composed of high-density rock wool and calcium sulphate panels
- External acid-resistant epoxy resin finish thermally cured at 200°C
- Internal panels made of melamine, highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors

- Automatic door closing triggered above 50 °C ambient temperature
- 30 mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets ensuring airtight sealing per EN14470-1
- Lock system allowing doors to be kept open, closing automatically at elevated temperature
- Non-sparking hinges ensuring door solidity
- Air inlet/outlet fire dampers close at >70 °C per DIN 4102-6
- Ventilation arrangement via Ø100 mm flange for external connection or filtration system
