All water baths offer a temperature range up to 100°C, with a temperature stability of ±0.1K, so that applications even in the boiling range are possible. A TFT color display ensures intuitive operation with temperature display in °C and °F. It is managed by a magnetic electric motor which transmits the rotation to a PTFE-coated stirrer in the tank. The agitator draws the water towards the center and then distributes it to the rest of the tank. The water circulation is activated via the main switch. Recommended accessories - Water level regulator. The water regulator located on the back of the water bath is used to maintain constant the set water level during water loss due to evaporation. Furthermore, it allows use at temperatures below ambient temperatures, with a minimum of approx. 3°C above tap water temperature.

Grant JB Aqua 18 Plus Water Bath Lab This item was removed from a university where it was surplus to (more) requirement. The unit powers up and is in good working order (thermometer not included). It is in good cosmetic condition, however the handle has snapped off, this does not affect its functionality.
