The OY Growth Curves Bioscreen C FP-1100-C Growth Curve Analysis System is a comprehensive solution for monitoring the growth of micro-organisms with exceptional precision. This pre-owned system integrates a sophisticated incubator equipped with a liquid circulation heat exchanger, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance across all wells. Its linear shaker guarantees optimal mixing within each well, enhancing experimental reliability. The system’s reader is highly sensitive, utilizing advanced turbidity measurement techniques that surpass traditional spectrophotometric methods.
This device is capable of analyzing 200 samples simultaneously through its dual honeycomb plates, each accommodating 100 wells. For wavelength-specific measurements, the system is equipped with eight filters, covering multiple wavelengths to suit various experimental needs, including 405, 420, 450, 492, 540, 580, and 600 nm, in addition to a wide band filter spanning 420 – 580 nm.
