The Hoefer PS300B Electrophoresis Power Supply is a versatile and reliable solution for most electrophoresis techniques. Equipped with a large, easy-to-read LED display, the PS300B allows users to set constant voltage or current parameters, adjust the timer up to 999 minutes, and start runs effortlessly. With a range of 10 to 300 V and 4 to 500 mA, this power supply delivers up to 90 W of power, ensuring precision and adaptability for various applications.


The PS300B features three distinct modes of operation: Constant Voltage Mode, where the power supply will attempt to maintain the user-selected voltage by automatically adjusting the current flow; Constant Current Mode, where the power supply will attempt to maintain the user-selected current flow by automatically adjusting the voltage supplied; and Automatic Crossover, which ensures that when the constant parameter (voltage or current) cannot be maintained due to power supply operating limits, the power supply automatically switches to maintaining the other parameter.


Key features include short circuit and open circuit protection, automatic recovery after power failure, and four 4 mm output jacks for flexible connections. Designed for both continuous operation and timed runs, the PS300B ensures reliable performance, making it an ideal choice for consistent, efficient electrophoresis procedures.
