The lab Confirmed it was in full working order prior to collection. It comes with an HP PC, Monitor & Keyboard which has a number of programmes installed including In Cell Analyzer Workstation 3.7.2 It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.

The UF-100 is a fully automated urine cell analyzer using flow cytometry method combined with fluore (more)scent dye and electric resistance method to detects casts. This unit is further automated tham UA-1000/2000. All the process from mixing and aspirating of sample to output of analyzed parameters are performed automatically. Analysis includes quantitative analysis and flagging. Quantitative analysis measures: RBC, WBC, epithelial cells, casts and bacteria count (concentration) in the unit of µL or view field. Flagging marks: Path, CAST (casts containing organized structures),  SRC (small round epithelial cell), YLC (yeast liked fungi cell), X’TAL (crystal), SPERM (spermatozoa) and outputs the flagging informarion (information of their presence). Analyzed results are displayed on screen and if required printed by card type printer of color printer, and they are transmitted to a host computer.
